The North Penn Police Athletic League held its first summer event for its sponsors on Tuesday at The Bucks Mont Indoor Sports center.
There were guest appearances and meet-and-greets with former Eagles players, including five-time all-pro wide receiver Mike Quick and 1995 first-round pick Mike Mamula. Other players in attendance included Jon Harris, Ken Dunek, Patt Evans, Dan Esposito, Kurt Schumacher and Aaron Beasley. Six of the Philadelphia Eagles Cheerleaders also attended the event.
The PAL program had more than 20 sponsors, including NFL Alumni, the District Attorney of Montgomery County, Cannoneers Sportsman Club, Horizon Services, Univest, Baldini Communications Inc., PrintWorks & Company Inc. and 92.5 XTU. The food sponsors for the event included Pizza Time Saloon, Corropolese, Produce Junction, Baker’s Best, Chick-Fil-A, Herr’s, Alice’s Bakery and Bucks Mont Indoor Sports Center.
